Can I order an item that is temporarily out of stock?
If you wish to order an item that is listed as out of stock, please email us at as most of the time the item is only temporarily unavailable and will be in stock at a later date (with the exception of furniture) .
I have received an email stating that my item is temporarily out of stock what happens next?
If you receive an email stating that your chosen item is out of stock we will give you the option for you to cancel, change or replace your order with another purchase if you would rather not wait.
Do you dispatch to international destinations?
At the moment we only ship goods to mainland UK.
Can I track my order?
When your order has been dispatched we will email you a tracking number so that you can track your order.
How long should my order take to arrive?
We aim to ship your goods within 48 hours of receipt of your order with the exception of some Autentico products which come from our suppliers and may take an extra 7 days. We will advise you of any delays by email. If your order has not arrived 7 days after dispatch please telephone 01248 716965 or email and we will be able to deal with the matter for you.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
We make every effort to ensure that your goods arrive in good condition, however sometimes fragile items get damaged in transit. If this is the case, refuse delivery and ask the courier to return the goods to Quayside Furniture, 19 High Street, Menai Bridge, Anglesey LL59 5EE. We will replace the goods as soon as possible at no extra cost to you.
What happens if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?
If you receive an order which is incorrect or faulty please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order on 01248 716965 or 07444740903 or email us at where we will be able to deal with your return for you.
The product received is not 100% the same as the image on the website ?
Many of the products on our website are handmade (natural products) and as a result may differ slightly in appearance and size from the image and dimensions on the website.
My chosen paint colour looks different on your website ?
The colour chips on our website are from the manufacturer but as computer screens vary we always suggest purchasing a Tester pot of your chosen colour before placing an order for paint. Tester pots and full tins of paint cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturer's defect .

It is up to you, the customer to ensure that your chosen piece of furniture will fit. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further details.
My piece of furniture has signs of woodworm ?
A lot of antique/vintage furniture does have woodworm. As a matter of course, we treat all furniture showing signs of woodworm. We do not offer a refund and are not liable for any woodworm after treatment.
My piece of furniture has chips on ?
As the furniture we sell is old it will have signs of wear and tear; the charms of shabby chic furniture are the knocks and chips. Obviously if you feel that your piece has been damaged in transit, you should refuse to take delivery of the item. If the damage has been discovered after unpacking please telephone us and send us images highlighting the defects within 24 hours of delivery.
