Quayside Furniture reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice at any time.

 

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling.

 

Quayside Furniture makes every effort to ensure that the information on our website is correct. We take no responsibility and shall not be held liable for information that is incomplete, inaccurate or out of date.

 

We reserve the right to change or replace products and prices without notice.

 

You must be aged 18 years or older to place an order with us.

 

By placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions you must not place an order with us.

Orders

Our online store is only available to mainland UK customers only.

If an item becomes out of stock we will give you the option for you to cancel, change or replace your order with another purchase if you would rather not wait.

Descriptions.

Many of the products on our website are handmade (natural products) and as a result may differ slightly in appearance and size from the image and dimensions on the website. 

Payment

When purchasing online, Quayside Furniture uses Paypal as its payment processor, and does not hold any personal information, including bank or card details.

Delivery

You should receive your order within 7 working days but if for any reason it has not arrived after this time please email us on sales@quaysidebuttery.com or telephone 07444740903 and we will investigate the matter further.

 

Quayside Furniture takes no liability for any orders that take longer than any of our manufacturers' estimated delivery date. 

 

Furniture will be dispached once payment has been cleared, we will then arrange for a courier to collect the item who will then telephone you with a delivery date. Please allow up to 28 days for your order to be delivered.

 

If there is nobody in when the courier arrives there will be a charge to rearrange delivery.

Damaged or Defective Goods

You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

 

If your item arrives damaged or not fit for purpose, we will replace the goods as soon as possible. Please email sales@quaysidefurniture.com where someone can deal with the matter for you. We will require photographic evidence of your damaged order; without this we cannot accept any returns.

Our furniture pieces are antique or vintage and will have signs of wear and tear e.g. blemishes, knocks and chips. This is not considered to be faulty or damaged but the nature of antique and vintage furniture.

Cancellation Of Order

You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

 

Should you not be entirely happy with your order please telephone us on 01248 716965. You have 7 working days to return your order. Goods must be returned safely, unused and in a saleable condition at your expense and a refund will be given within 14 working days to the purchasing debit or credit card minus delivery costs. If items returned back to us are damaged then no refund will be given.

 

Tester pots and full size tins of paint cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturer's  defect.

 

All furniture items are for sale in our shop and are collection only; any delivery arrangements made between Quayside Furniture and you, the customer are beyond the contract of sale and are therefore non-refundable. When quoting a delivery price for delivering an item this does not necessarily reflect the price of returning the item as it will depend on the courier you choose to dispatch your returned goods back to us.
